TVS Motor Company clocks 6% sales growth in May 2015,

 TVS Motor Company recorded a 6% growth in sales for the month of May 2015 with total sales increasing from 206,813 units recorded in the month of May 2014 to 220,079 units in the month of May 2015.

Exports

The company's total exports grew by 22% with sales increasing from 35,649 units in the month of May 2014 to 43,595 units in May 2015. Two wheeler exports grew by 27% with sales increasing from 27,780 units in May 2014 to 35,310 units in May 2015.

Two Wheeler

Total two wheeler sales grew by 7% increasing from 197,451 units recorded in May 2014 to 210,843 units in May 2015. Domestic two wheeler sales increased by 3% from 169,671 units in May 2014 to 175,533 units in May 2015.
Scooters sales of the company grew by 7% increasing from 51,010 units in May 2014 to 54,426 units in May 2015. Motorcycles sales grew by 8% increasing from 84,660 units in the month of May 2014 to 91,344 units in May 2015.

Three Wheeler

Three wheeler sales of the company registered sales of 9,236 units in the month of May 2015 against 9,362 units in May 2014.
