Hoping for the domestic truck industry to consolidate in 2014, Daimler India Commercial Vehicle (DICV), Indian subsidiary of German commercial vehicle maker Daimler AG, today said it has drawn up plans to break-even by 2016.

according to latest news it is reported that these 1 lakh units will also include units of Ertiga and Swift hatchback also along with Swift Dzire as reported yesterday. Reports reveal that this recall will began from next week. According to a statement submitted by company to heavy industries and road transport ministries it will recall 1 lakh units of Swift, Swift Dzire and Ertiga produced during November 12, 2013 to February 4, 2014.

Tata Motors today launched an updated version of its crossover vehicle Aria, with price starting at Rs 9.95 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi).
